WELCOME TO THE 2027 TEAM 1 ELITE CLUB INVITE REGISTRATION/APPLICATION PAGE!

Here, you will apply for entry into the event. WE HAVE MADE IMPROVED CHANGES FOR 2027! THEY ARE HIGHLIGHTED HERE:

1. NO GATE ADMSSION FEES. Coaches, Families & Players will be allowed to move freely amongst ALL venues in 2027.

2. NO STAY TO PLAY ON HOTELS. YOU BOOK YOUR OWN!

3. FORMAT/ 6-GAME GUARANTEE. 5-POOL into Single Elimination. 90 Minute Games, Finish the Inning, ALL GAMES. Games start on Thursday, June 11th at 8am. ***** College Coaches asked we format to more of a pool game format to accommodate their recruiting needs. ***** We will finish the event with a Bracket Championship.

WE WILL HAVE (2) DIFFERENT DIVISIONS OF PLAY FOR THE EVENT:

CHAMPIONS DIVISION/ This Division will have participating teams that finish in the TOP 30 of PGF, Alliance Fastpitch, USA GOLD Nationals & Triple Crown Gold National Level Events. Teams MUST provide resume when applying, with factual information on resume.

ELITE DIVISION/ Teams participating in this Division will contain a resume of National, Gold, Premier & "A" Level caliber competition and routinely compete in National Level Events nationwide.

Steps to Apply/Register for the Team 1 Elite Invite:

1. Click on Register Tab in Upper Right corner of Landing Page

2. Once on Registration Form, Click on "Create New Team" under the Blank Team block. (First block of Form)

3. Create your new Team Account in Tourney Team as requested. CLICK "SAVE TEAM" after filling in form

4. Once you've created your team, you will be prompted to REGISTER for the Event.

5. After completing Registration form, you will click the Orange "PAY DEPOSIT" button.

$600 application/deposit payment is due at time of submission of your team. Once your team is ACCEPTED into event, you will emailed that acceptance, and provided further instructions and deadlines on your entry. IF, your application is DENIED, your application fee will be REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY and you will be emailed confirmation of that action as well.

The steps above MUST be followed to enter into this prestigious event.

This event has averaged 115+ NCAA Division I Coaches signed in to the Complexes every year the past 6 years. Atmosphere is electric, particularly on Thursday, Friday & Saturday! 1- Berth per age division, 14-18U for 2027 AFCS in Indiana.

Registering teams will be required to do the following-

- PAY ONE ENTRY FEE OF $1,250 at time of registration. This fee is all inclusive.

- TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURNAMENT

1. Must be registered with the HFL/Alliance (Team, Coach, Athlete) BY September 14 to be eligible for the berth.
2. Teams not registered by September 14 prior to the event will not be eligible for the berth.
3. Alliance rosters will be the official roster for each team player. If a player is not on your Alliance roster, they will not be eligible to compete in the tournament.
4. Only HFL teams are eligible for the AFCS Berths.

- TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE 14U QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT, MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE HFL(TEAM, COACH, ATHLETE) BY OCT 19TH IF THE TEAM WANTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE QUALIFYING BID TO NATIONALS. TEAMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED A BID SHOULD THEY NOT BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT COMMENCING. HFL REGISTRATION WILL BE THE OFFICIAL ROSTER FOR THE QUALIFIER.

WELCOME TO THE 2026 HFL FALL CHAMPIONSHIPS!

For this year’s annual event, ONE price, all inclusive for your participation. NO extra gate fees.

Stay to Save event- Each team will be issued a rebate if they book through the hotel link, and meet the minimum room requirements.

Games will start Friday Nov 6, 2026 at 9:00AM. All teams should be prepared to play Friday. Pool games are required Friday and part of certifying your AFCS berth.

Super Cup teams will play a single elimination bracket on Friday. Any team playing super cup will pay $100. Winners will earn an AFCS Berth and a spot in the super cup finals played Tuesday of Colorado Fourth of July tournament 2027.

All teams must be fully registered with the HFL and Alliance. (Team, Coach, Players.) Your Alliance roster will be the official roster for the event.

HOW THE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP WORKS....

Organizations competing for the $5,000 Club Champion Prize must have at least one team entered in EACH age division — 14U, 16U & 18U.

Every game matters.

Organizations will accumulate Club Championship Points for each win throughout the tournament. At the conclusion of the event, the organization finishing with the most points will be crowned:

TIEBREAKERS WILL APPLY — AND EVERY RUN MATTERS!

Runs scored and runs allowed will factor into the championship tiebreaking system, so there are NO meaningless innings.

INDIVIDUAL TEAMS ARE WELCOME!

You DO NOT have to be part of an organization entering all three age divisions to participate.

Individual 14U, 16U or 18U teams are encouraged to enter and compete in what is expected to be a MAJOR RECRUITING EVENT IN SOUTH FLORIDA!

Individual teams will compete in the tournament normally but will not be eligible for the $5,000 Club Champion Prize.

This event will operate as a Stay to Save tournament.  

*** IMPORTANT: Regardless of where your team stays, EVERY TEAM MUST SUBMIT ITS HOTEL/LODGING INFORMATION TO THE TOURNAMENT AS A CONDITION OF ENTRY.
